in to New Zealand. We want to ensure
you receive the least disruption to
your business. So we have put together
a FAQ sheet to answer some common questions. |

What will be the most visible
changes you will see on Monday?
A. Connect Security Products will
continue to operate from the same
premises in Auckland and Wellington.
All the phone numbers will remain
the same. |

Will the phone numbers change?
A. No, all landline numbers for
Auckland and Wellington will be
transferred to Connect Security
so for you our valued customer
nothing changes. Cellphones will
stay with the respective staff
that have moved from Bosch to
Connect Security |

Will our prices Change?
A. All your existing pricing will
remain the same. |

Can I place an order if I have
not completed a Connect Security
Application Form?
A. All existing Bosch customers
will be able to place an order
for a short period provided they
have traded with Bosch for a minimum
of twelve months on a credit basis.
All other customers will need
to complete their account application
form prior. However, we will open
your account upon receipt. |

What happens to my order that
I placed prior to 1st of March
that has not been dispatched?
A. All orders placed prior to
midday that can be dispatched
will be invoiced by Bosch. Any
orders not dispatched will be
transferred to Connect Security
Products and will be dispatched
on Monday morning or as soon as
the stock is available. |

What about RMA s?
A. All existing Intrusion, Fire,
Access and Security Escort products
will be supported by Connect Security.
This includes any warranty or
repair items sold prior to March
1st. You can now log an RMA on
our Website: www.csproducts.co.nz
The process for RMA s will remain
unchanged. |

What about CCTV Orders or enquiries?
A. All CCTV enquiries will be
handled through Zone Technology
